Dear Pastor,

Did you know that the church of today is nothing like the early church? If you have eyes to see and ears to hear and courage to change, your church can experience explosive growth by returning to the original fundamentals that the Holy Spirit put in place when He started the church.

Let’s go back to the first Pastor in the Bible, which was Moses. God told this Pastor that He wanted all the congregants to be priests (or ministers) who would work for God full time. Here is what God told Moses to tell all of His chosen people in Exodus 19:6:

And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.

It was God’s purpose that the Israelites were to evangelize the whole world and to make solid disciples of them. Was God going to pay them for working for them? Of course! God is the most generous Employer in the universe. In fact, He wants all His children to become partners in the family business so that we can share in the joy and profits from His business. If we do a good job for Him and effectively win the nations for Christ, beginning with our own, we will bring the money that is currently under Satan’s control under the Lordship of JESUS Christ, who will share it with us. As the LORD says in Isaiah 61:6:

And you will be called priests of the LORD, you will be named ministers of our God.You will feed on the wealth of nations, and in their riches you will boast. (NIV)

In the early church, every believer was invited to become a partner in God’s business. The Holy Spirit didn’t put up barriers like the church has today, saying that one has to go to Bible School first or that one must go into the ministry full time before one can get paid for their work. The Apostle Paul taught all believers about “God’s Financial System” which caused the numbers of churches to explode:

Acts 16:5
And so were the churches established in the faith, and increased in number daily.

Acts 9:31
Then had the churches rest throughout all Judaea and Galilee and Samaria, and were edified; and walking in the fear of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost, were multiplied.

When you begin to raise up those in your flock to be priests and ministers instead of just Christians, your ministry will EXPLODE!!! You will become very wealthy as you teach those under your care how to become wealthy by being a partner in God’s business. You’ll be able to say what Paul said in 2 Corinthians 6:10 when he disclosed the fact that he had made many people rich by teaching all believers about God’ financial system:

As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet MAKING MANY RICH…
